Our Privacy Promise: FinPay strictly processes UPI payments. We never ask for, access, or store your UPI PIN, banking password, or card numbers. All payments settle directly between your bank and the merchant over India's secure UPI network.
1. Information We Collect
When you checkout with FinPay, we collect only the minimal details necessary to verify your transaction and issue your official payment invoice:
- Full Name: Printed on your legal payment receipt and tax invoice.
- Mobile Number: Used exclusively to deliver your 4-digit verification code and transaction confirmation SMS.
- Email Address: Used to deliver your digital invoice and payment status.
- Bank Reference (UTR): The 12-digit transaction reference generated by your UPI app to confirm that funds have settled.
2. What We Never Access
- We never ask for or store your UPI PIN or MPIN.
- We never access your bank account passwords or debit/credit card details.
- We never sell or share your contact details with advertisers.
3. Data Protection & Security
All communication with FinPay is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption. Payment sessions are protected by strict server-side timers and verification safeguards.
